At Premier Pain Care our goal is to restore function, increase activities through daily living and decrease the psychological burden of pain. To help this process, we encourage our patients to get active by walking, getting involved in community group exercise, yoga, and many other physical activities that promote an overall sense of health and well-being. Many of our patients have been successful in experiencing additional pain relief by combining low-impact, physical and mental exercise into their daily routine; as well as improving sleep hygiene and diet.
